What we hold, and why
This page explains the information Suit Collections collects when you book a fitting, place a commission, write a review, or subscribe to the newsletter — and the choices you have over it. It describes what this website and atelier actually do; it is not a marketing summary.

Who we are

What we collect
- Fitting and booking details — the name, email address, phone number, requested service, date and time, and any notes you enter. If you book while signed in, the request is linked to your account.
- Commission records — measurements, posture notes, garment and cloth choices, fitting dates, order status, and delivery details. These are what the atelier works from, and they are kept so repeat orders fit correctly.
- Enquiries — the contents of a contact form message, including your contact details.
- Reviews — the name, quote, star rating, and optional photograph you submit. Reviews are published only after the shop approves them, and a photograph is published only with your consent at submission.
- Newsletter — your email address and subscription status. Every email includes an unsubscribe route.
- Account security — a signed session cookie when you sign in to your account or the staff area. Passwords are stored as hashes, never as readable text.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, take measurements, cut and finish garments, keep your pattern on file for future orders, send the messages you asked for, publish a review you submitted, and keep the records the business needs for accounting and warranty. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who can see it
Atelier staff who need the information to serve you, and the service providers that host the website and deliver its email. Those providers process data on our instructions. We may disclose information where Thai law requires it.
Cookies
The public site uses only what it needs to work: a signed session cookie when you sign in, and a local browser entry that remembers your cookie choice. We do not currently run advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If that changes, the consent banner will ask first and this page will say what was added.
How long we keep it
Measurement and order records are kept while you remain a client, so a later commission starts from a pattern that already fits, and for the period accounting records must be retained. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Reviews stay published until you ask us to remove them. Enquiries that do not become orders are removed when they are no longer needed.
Your choices
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent you gave (for example for the newsletter or a published review photograph), or ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep. Write to shop@suitcollections.shop from the address you used with us, or visit the atelier. We will confirm what we can do within a reasonable period.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. Questions about anything here are welcome — contact the atelier.
